If you wish to return any Corioliss product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To make the return, just log in to your customer area, search for your order and request the return of the items you want. RETURNS
The warranty for products sold by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. is provided and established in accordance with current legislation, especially the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
In the event of a lack of conformity of the product, and always depending on the type of product and whether its nature allows it, a period of two years from the moment of delivery is recognized for the buyer to exercise their rights. However, only within the first 6 months following delivery will it be presumed that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery, with the buyer being required to prove, within the remaining 18 months, that the product was non-conforming (in accordance with the LGDCU).
The warranty will not be valid in cases of external factors unrelated to the normal use of the product, such as voltage fluctuations, use of inappropriate or prohibited accessories, drops, water, fire, or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer/associate. The warranty period will begin on the same day as the invoice.
Without prejudice to the warranty provisions described above, and even in the case of full conformity of the product, the customer/user may cancel their order and return it within fourteen calendar days, as indicated in the following sections.
If the product is defective you will receive a return label in order to send the product for free. In this case you must request the label by sending an email to: info@corioliss.pro indicating your name and order number and the reason for the return. If the reason for the return is other, the shipping costs will be at your expense. You must send the item with all its accessories and in its original packaging to the following address.
Corioliss will cover the shipping and return costs when the product is less than 6 months from the purchase date. After this period, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
